Support, purchases and refunds

Support, purchases and refunds for BubCue, a phone-based baby monitor in development: contact MFLOW, report a problem and understand purchase and consumer rights.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

BubCue is operated by MFLOW PTY LTD, ABN 39 633 568 635. For product, purchase, privacy or security enquiries, email .

BubCue is in development and is not yet available to download. Purchases are not currently offered through this website. The purchase information below explains the proposed model and where to seek help if a store purchase is made when the app becomes available.

Contacting us

Describe what happened and what help you need. Useful information includes:

  • The app version, phone model and operating-system version.
  • Whether the phone was the nursery monitor or a parent viewer.
  • Whether the issue involved home Wi-Fi, viewing from away, sound, alerts, playback, voice clips or saved Activity.
  • The approximate time, displayed error and steps that led to the problem.
  • For a purchase question, the store and order reference.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, QR codes, pairing or invitation links, session secrets or unnecessary information about a child. Redact screenshots before sending them. Routine support does not require a live nursery stream or recordings of your baby.

Support is by email. It is not an emergency service or a service that watches your baby. We do not promise continuous availability or an immediate response. We aim to respond as soon as reasonably practicable and meet any applicable legal response deadlines.

If you are concerned about your baby, check on them directly and obtain appropriate help. Do not wait for an app alert or a support reply.

If viewing, listening or alerts stop

Check on your baby through your usual means first. Then:

  1. Look at the current status and error messages on both phones.
  2. Check power, camera and microphone permissions, the app state and the network.
  3. On an iPhone used as the nursery monitor, keep BubCue open with its screen awake. Check for calls, battery restrictions or other interruptions.
  4. Check the parent phone's volume, mute, Focus or Do Not Disturb, headphones and Bluetooth route. Closing the app stops its listening and reminders.
  5. Play Test alert sound & vibration on the parent phone. This checks that phone's tone and vibration, not detection or the connection.
  6. If a new monitoring session is started, join again using its new QR code, browser link or invitation.

Do not assume that a visible picture proves that sound or analysis works. Silence or an empty Activity timeline is not proof of normal monitoring. An unavailable or unsuitable setup should not be relied on.

Viewing from away requires internet at both ends and compatible networks. Some networks cannot make the direct connection. The app does not switch to a video relay. A browser viewer works only on the same home Wi-Fi; its setup page uses plain HTTP and is intended only for your own home network.

Read Before you use BubCue for the limits of screen lock, notifications, cry and face features, playback and recording.

Pricing and purchase status

Our current plan is an annual subscription for monitoring, with no separate subscription for invited viewers. Pricing and purchase terms are not final.

The final offer must identify the price, subscription period, included features, any automatic renewal and cancellation terms before you buy. Do not assume that an Apple purchase transfers to Google Play, that family sharing is included or that one purchase permits unlimited monitors. The release's purchase information will state the supported arrangements.

We are not currently offering a free trial or promising free monitoring time. The two-viewer limit is separate from pricing. Internet and mobile-data charges from your provider may still apply.

Subscription management, when purchases become available

If you buy a subscription through Apple or Google Play, use the store account used for that purchase and its subscription-management route. These are the stores' general instructions, not a statement that BubCue billing is available:

Deleting the app is not a substitute for cancelling a store subscription. A cancellation request and a refund request are different. The store's confirmation identifies the subscription status and applicable end date. If you cannot locate a purchase or subscription, contact us with the order reference; do not share your account password.

Restoring a purchase or changing phones

Supported restoration instructions will be provided with the release. Restoration may require internet and the store account used for the purchase. If an eligible purchase is not recognised, contact us before buying it again. Cross-store transfers and family-sharing rights must not be assumed.

Purchase restoration does not restore saved Activity, voice clips or their encryption keys. These are local records with their own deletion, backup and sharing limits, explained in the Privacy Policy.

Requesting a refund

For a purchase made through Apple, start at Report a Problem or follow Apple's refund instructions. For a Google Play purchase, follow Google Play's refund instructions. You can also contact for assistance or to raise a claim against MFLOW PTY LTD.

The store's process and eligibility may vary by purchase, reason, timing and country. We cannot promise that a store will approve a particular request. You do not have to give up a legal remedy against us, or accept a store's decision as determining your rights against us, to use these support routes.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” policy or make an applicable remedy conditional on waiving your consumer rights.

A change-of-mind request is different from a claim that an app or service is faulty, does not match its description or fails another applicable consumer guarantee. Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right in your country remains available according to that law. Merely opening the app is not treated by us as a universal waiver of those rights.

If you believe BubCue failed to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, email us with the problem, relevant purchase details and the remedy you seek. We will consider the circumstances and applicable law. If information is needed to assess the claim, we will explain what is needed.

A refund may affect the related paid entitlement under the applicable purchase arrangements.

Privacy requests, security reports and complaints

Use for privacy requests, suspected security issues or other complaints. The Privacy Policy explains information handling and privacy-request routes.

For a security report, describe the issue and how you encountered it without sending secrets or accessing another family's devices or information. We can agree an appropriate way to receive additional details. Do not publish a working invitation, QR code or another person's information in a report.

For a complaint, tell us the relevant facts and the outcome you seek. We will review it, ask for information reasonably needed to investigate and explain our response. These procedures do not prevent you from contacting a relevant regulator at any time. Before starting court or tribunal proceedings, please follow section 17 of the Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service and licence set out the app's contractual terms. This support page does not replace mandatory legal rights or turn the Privacy Policy into a contract.
